Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp was born in Canada. She's an actress that has appeared in multiple television series. VanCamp also has a great record in the world of film. The popularity of her is shared by the world of Canadian and American TV. At the age of Emily was 12, she began to become attracted to acting when she visited her sister Katie while filming one of her movies. She started taking classes in acting, and then auditioning following realizing she was passionate about acting. She began with some commercials however, she was eventually cast as a child actor in the Canadian television horror show Are You Fearful of the Darkness? The only part she had was a silent one. The WB TV show Glory Days, she received her first major break at age 15. Emily's appearance on Glory Days, a show on WB which ended up being cancelled after nine episodes, attracted the attention of and landed Greg Berlanti from Dawson's Creek. Also a ballet dancer and a photographer Emily was previously ranked in Teen as one of the best actors under twenty. In Maxim's Hot 100 2014 list ranked her at number 51.
